Reconstruction of Jochmannov Mlin under «four star» hotel
The 18th-century building is located in the historic center of Ajdovščina (Goriška cesta, 5270 Ajdovščina, Slovenia), in close proximity to the Hubelj River and historical and cultural landmarks.
- It is planned to reconstruct the “Old Mill”, as well as to build a new three-storey building with underground parking. The project is currently at the design stage.
- It is planned to preserve and recreate the historical details of the “Old Jochmann Mill” in the external appearance and interiors, to create an exhibition space dedicated to the history of the mill or to decorate the hotel premises in an industrial theme
- The room stock is not less than 70 rooms of different categories, including family and superior rooms
- It is planned to open an authentic restaurant (102 seats), a wine cell, coffee point, as well as a view terrace with a bar with the area of 100sq.m on the territory of the hotel
- On the first floor of the hotel there will be a spa area with 2 swimming pools and a conference hall.
